Christopher Camacho : I have a passion for assisting sellers and buyers in real estate transactions. I was in the mortgage business for almost 13 years. I managed over 20 mortgage brokers and my mortgage experience has been key in assisting buyers piece together their finances and for sellers to determine which buyers are best qualified to purchase their home. We always tell our buyers, the first step in looking for a home is getting your financing lined up first before looking for a home. One too many times buyers fall in love with a home and sooner or later that deal falls apart even if a contract was accepted.
Supporting and being part of our local community has been a vital part of my core beliefs. I am a founding member of a BNI Networking Chapter in Miami. I was also a Toastmasters member in Coral Gables. I am a big believer of building quality business relationships and becoming a source of quality contacts for my clients and friends.
